Book a free review of your current site (or describe what you need if you have none). We look at what is holding your online presence back and tell you honestly whether we are the right fit. No sales pressure.
Discovery brief
We send you a short questionnaire — 10 questions covering your services, areas you cover, competitors you respect, and any design preferences. Takes around 20 minutes. This is the main input we need from you.
We build everything
Design, copy, images, local SEO setup, Google Business Profile. You receive an update at day 3 (build commenced), day 10 (preview link), and day 14 (completed site). You do not need to chase — updates arrive unprompted.
You review — one structured round
We share the completed site. You review it and send feedback. One round of revisions is included: text changes, image swaps, minor layout adjustments. Structural changes beyond this are quoted separately before we do any work.
Launch and full handover
Site goes live. We submit to Google Search Console, verify your Google Business Profile, and transfer all credentials: domain access, hosting login, Analytics access, GBP ownership. Everything is in your name from this point.

Do I own my website?
Yes — completely. On receipt of final payment, full ownership of all code, design files, written content, and digital assets transfers to you. The domain is registered in your name. The hosting account is in your name. The Google Business Profile is in your name. mybitness retains no claim over any element of the delivered site. You can take it to any developer or host anywhere with no restriction.
What if I want more than six pages?
Additional pages beyond the standard six are available at £75 per page, agreed before the project begins. If you are unsure how many pages you need, we will advise during the discovery brief — most local service businesses need five to seven pages to compete effectively.
What if I want to change something mid-build?
Minor additions — a service you forgot to mention, updated logo, small copy change — are absorbed where possible. Significant changes that affect the build scope are quoted separately before we proceed. You will always know the cost before we do any additional work.
What happens if I cancel the Growth & Care Plan?
The care plan is month-to-month with no minimum term. Cancel with 30 days' notice at any time. On cancellation, all hosting files are transferred to your preferred provider within five working days at no charge. You keep the site. You keep everything. Nothing is withheld or deleted.
Are there any ongoing monthly fees?
The £799.99 covers the complete build and launch. Hosting, security, and ongoing growth services are available through the Growth & Care Plan at £79.99/month — optional, no lock-in. You are not required to take the plan. If you cancel, you own the site outright regardless.
Is the work done in-house or outsourced?
All work is done in-house by Paul. There is one person responsible for your project from first contact to launch — no handovers, no subcontractors, no offshore outsourcing. The person who quotes the work is the person who builds it.
Why does mybitness charge £799.99 when agencies charge £12,000+?
A full-service agency at £12,000–£20,000 is covering the cost of project managers, account managers, a sales team, and office overhead.
